Project Overview

Corporate Testimonial

Wilderness Inquiry is a non-profit operating out of Minneapolis, Minnesota, and has a mission of bringing the joy of canoeing and the outdoors to as many people as possible. We were more than happy to film this video for their website and social media. It premiered in front of Minnesota State Congress in a petition for a multi-million-dollar grant to expand their services to tens of thousands of kids around the state, which they were awarded.

Filmed over the course of five days in Minneapolis, Winona, and Chicago, the film features footage of WI’s canoes on the Mississippi River, Chicago River, behind-the-scenes footage of the manufacturing of the canoes at Wenonah Canoe, interviews with former mayor of Minneapolis Sharon Sayles Belton and lieutenant governor of Minnesota Peggy Flannigan, and footage of conservation-themed classes put on by WI all over Minneapolis. We filmed from canoes, pontoons, and drones to show the canoes and kids in action, and the result is a beautiful and touching film that communicates the message and mission of WI concisely.
